Purchases happen in the yumori iOS app through the App Store. Your balance and VIP status then show up everywhere you sign in, including this website.

Open the app while signed in to the same yumori account you purchased with — it re-checks pending purchases automatically. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, email us with the date and the Apple order ID from your receipt.

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, the matching coins or VIP access are removed from your account.

VIP renews automatically through your Apple ID. Cancel any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting your yumori account does not cancel the subscription.

You can claim free coins once per day (resets at midnight UTC). Promo codes can be redeemed once per account in the app.

Use Forgot password. We'll email you a link that works once and expires after an hour. Resetting signs you out on all devices.

Tap the ••• menu on the comment or profile and choose Report or Block. Our moderators review reports within 24 hours. See the Community Guidelines.

Yes — signed in on the web, open yumori.tv/api/me/export to download a JSON copy of everything we store about your account.

In the app go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, or use the web deletion page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
