Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law requires) to use the Service, and old enough to view content with the age rating shown in your app store. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. Tell us at support@yumori.tv if you think your account has been compromised.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You may not post, upload or share content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, involves minors in any sexual or exploitative way, threatens or promotes violence or self-harm, infringes others' rights, or is spam. Full rules are in the Community Guidelines. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break them, without notice. Every user can report content and block other users, and we review reports within 24 hours.

You own what you post (such as comments). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the Service, and to moderate it. You confirm you have the rights to anything you post. When you delete your account your comments are anonymised rather than removed, so conversation threads stay intact; you can delete individual comments before deleting your account.

Shows, episodes, characters, artwork and the yumori brand are owned by us or our creators and licensors. You may stream them for personal, non-commercial use within the Service. Don't copy, download (other than through features we provide), redistribute, or circumvent access controls.

• Coins and gems are a limited, revocable licence to use virtual items in the Service. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can't be exchanged for money.
• Unlocking an episode with coins gives you permanent access to that episode on your account for as long as the Service offers it.
• Purchases of coins and VIP subscriptions are made through Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple. If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, we remove the corresponding coins (which may make your balance negative) or VIP access.
• VIP subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Deleting your yumori account does not cancel a subscription.
• Free coins from daily rewards and promo codes may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time; codes can be redeemed once per account and may expire.
• We may adjust balances to correct errors or reverse fraud or abuse.

Don't misuse the Service: no scraping, automated account creation, attempts to bypass rate limits, paywalls or security, reverse engineering except where the law allows, or interfering with other users.

You can delete your account at any time in the app or at yumori.tv/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and forfeits any remaining coins, gems and unlocked episodes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be waived.

If you use our iOS app: these terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance; Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update these terms; we'll change the “Last updated” date and tell you about material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.
